📋 Description

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain up-to-date records in accounting software.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare reports for management.
• Support budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
• Process payroll and ensure tax compliance.
• Track invoices, expenses, and payments for timely cash flow.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred)
• 2+ years bookkeeping or similar role
• Familiar with construction industry and job costing
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong English communication (reading/writing/speaking)
