📋 Description

• Manage Accounts Payable processing
• Manage Accounts Receivable and collections follow-up
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial reporting and analysis
• Handle contract administration
• Review timesheets and support payroll processing

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with North American clients
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
• Experience in AP, AR, and reconciliations
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Strong communication skills with a North American accent preferred
