Bookkeeper & Financial Analyst (Part-time)

📋 Description

• Oversee bookkeeping activity completed by the company’s external bookkeeping provider.
• Review QuickBooks and financial records for accuracy and identify discrepancies, incorrect
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Review transaction records, journal entries, and supporting documentation for accuracy and proper
• Support cleanup and reconciliation of historical financial records as needed.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and expense activity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant bookkeeping, accounting, financial analysis, or accounting operations
• Strong hands-on experience managing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Experience independently identifying and investigating accounting discrepancies.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and expense management.
• Experience working independently and taking ownership of accounting responsibilities.
