📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of US-based businesses across multiple
• Perform manual transaction entries directly into bank, check, and credit card registers using
• Execute batch transaction entries and coordinate structured file imports when system access is
• Manage month-end closing procedures, including adjusting journal entries, general ledger reviews
• Conduct detailed bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure transactions accurately match
• Process and journalize US payroll allocations and related tax entries in QuickBooks.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of dedicated professional experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
• Proven experience working directly with US-based businesses and a strong understanding of US
• Advanced, expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, including manual transaction entry, bank
• Working knowledge and practical experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with confidence in client-facing video
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to reviewing financial data thoroughly
