📋 Description

• Conduct complete boroscope inspections (BSI) on engine modules within MRO measures (Maintenance
• Systematically record and evaluate visual findings such as cracks, erosion, combustion damage
• Document and classify findings according to specified limit catalogs and serviceable, repairable
• Create well-founded and traceable inspection reports including image material, finding
• Evaluate findings regarding airworthiness and coordinate borderline cases with design and MRO
• Work closely with Rolls-Royce contacts, clarify technical questions, and escalate critical findings

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable
• Experience in boroscope inspection, engine maintenance (MRO), or aviation technology
• Good technical understanding of engine modules and damage patterns and their assessment
• Experience in creating technical documentation and inspection reports
• Structured, precise, and quality-oriented work with high importance on traceability and compliance
• Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders and enjoyment of working in an
