🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business admin, marketing, communications, or related field
2+ years in consumer lending, inside sales, or customer-facing growth roles
Strong ability to build trust, handle objections, and motivate action
Good judgment; ability to determine next steps without scripted guidance
Experience using Salesforce or another CRM; strong organizational skills
