Brake and Roll Press Operator

📋 Description

• Set up and operate brake press and roll press equipment to form, bend, and roll metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, BOMs, and production specifications.
• Calculate bend allowances for stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Verify dimensions, alignment, and tolerances during fabrication.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to maintain quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years brake press or roll press experience in manufacturing.
• Prior metal fabrication experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of dimensional tolerances and quality inspection.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
