📋 Description

• Lead Vancouver office; drive operational excellence and growth.
• Build high-performing teams; mentor staff and engagement.
• Oversee resource allocation and budget for efficient ops.

• Manage project delivery: scope, budget, schedule; monitor metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Eng, Surveying, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in the AEC industry, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of engineering, land development, construction, surveying or environmental consulting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop client relationships, and drive growth.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving; PE or PLS preferred.
