Branch Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches
• Develop and coach Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents
• Recruit new team members with Talent team support and guide other managers in recruitment
• Oversee vehicle fleet and operations, ensure health and safety, and drive efficient workflows
• Maintain premium customer service, handle complaints, and optimize processes with regional managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years in sales and customer service, plus 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong supervisory and communication skills; multilingual ability is a plus
• Highly organized with excellent customer service skills
• Authorized to work in the United States; no work sponsorship required now or in the future
• At least 18 years old; valid driver's license with clean record; able to work day/evening shifts
