📋 Description

• Lead, train, and supervise branch personnel; delegate daily ops.
• Attain branch goals via Banner Way Sales Management programs.
• Partner in community activities to boost visibility and new business.
• Coach sales team; conduct touch bases, huddles, skill builders.
• Conduct outbound calls to understand client financial needs.
• Oversee sales of consumer/business cards, accounts, and Treasury/Merchant Services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required (equiv combo of education and experience)
• NMLS registration required
• 4+ years branch leadership/operations experience
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience
• Knowledge of retail products, consumer lending, and banking regulations
• Strong client service, selling, and relationship skills; MS Word and Excel
