🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree: Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science or other related field
• 4 or more years of bank branch leadership and operations experience required
• 2 or more years of experience in a supervisory/management role leading a project, process or team
• Advanced knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems.
• Proven client service, interpersonal, and relationship building skills. Possess effective verbal
• Possess effective selling, cross selling and referral skills. Demonstrated success in sales and
