  • Deliver exceptional member service and promote NASA FCU products.
  • Identify member needs and match solutions to financial goals.
  • Respond to inquiries about accounts, rates, cards, and loans.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, checks, ACH/direct deposits.
  • Handle complex member situations (deceased, guardianships, representative payee).
  • Support Call Center queues (phone and email) and assist across branches; travel as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year customer service with cash handling.
  • Bank/Credit Union experience; knowledge of financial products.
  • Cash handling experience required.
  • Experience opening personal and specialty accounts.
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
