📋 Description

• Own and manage the brand marketing calendar, aligning campaigns to commercial objectives, seasonal
• Lead end-to-end campaign delivery, from strategic brief and creative ideation through to
• Facilitate cross-functional ideation sessions that bring together creative, performance and
• Maintain clear project plans, milestones and status updates, proactively managing dependencies
• Provide creative direction across campaign development, partnering with Studio and Content teams to
• Act as a day-to-day brand custodian, maintaining and evolving brand guidelines and ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in brand marketing, leading integrated B2C campaigns from ideation through to
• Experience coordinating campaigns, events, brand activations and photoshoots, managing multiple
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong creative judgement and the confidence to influence creative direction, brief internal Studio
• A hands-on approach to campaign delivery, with the flexibility to move between strategic planning
• Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate risks, solve
