Brand and Marketing Creative Principal

📋 Description

• Plan and run shoots, including interviewing owners and guests, and turning footage into videos
• Use AI to assemble finished video assets from footage, stills, and generated shots
• Manage the owner testimonial program end to end
• Build and manage a network of photographers, videographers, and editors
• Set and maintain the photography and video standard for homes across destinations
• Lead design across marketing: launch emails, ads, decks, one-sheets, print, and out-of-home

🎯 Requirements

• Seven or more years in brand, design and creative work, including at least two in a lead role
• Portfolio with premium work across identity, digital, print, video, and campaigns
• Experience building a design system
• Experience with AI tools for image and video generation
