🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English — native or top-tier fluency required
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end social media ownership for consumer brands
• Proven ability to produce visually polished, on-brand content beyond basic design tools
• Experience managing influencer or UGC programs independently
• Comfortable operating as a one-person content engine: strategy, creation, scheduling, reporting
• Remote work experience with US/UK brands; fluent in async tools (Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, Google Workspace)
