• 7+ years in Brand Design/Creative/Visual Design at a high-growth B2B SaaS or agency
• Exceptional taste and creative judgment for lasting brand impact
• Outstanding portfolio across campaigns, brand systems, web, and editorial
• Experience designing across digital and physical environments
• Strong typography, layout, visual systems, storytelling, and brand identity
• Experience art directing agencies, freelancers, or creative partners
