📋 Description

• Lead the WorkOS website and digital ecosystem design.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, marketers, and leadership.
• Evolve and maintain a scalable UI design system across web and marketing.
• Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive experiences.
• Create cohesive visual and interaction patterns across touchpoints.
• Ensure experiences are responsive, accessible, and performant.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing web/digital experiences with a strong portfolio.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX.
• Experience owning web experiences and design systems across a brand ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, and modern workflows.
• Ability to design in a clean, minimal, technical visual language aligned with WorkOS.
• Experience collaborating with developers and front-end workflows (HTML/CSS a plus).
