📋 Description

• Evolve Monstro's visual identity across touchpoints; expand in US and Middle East
• Build and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and design systems across markets
• Create visuals that communicate trust, clarity, and technical excellence across contexts
• Design and improve website and digital presence; collaborate with Product and Engineering
• Design marketing assets across digital, email, social, and product launches
• Create investor materials, recruiting assets, and executive visuals

🎯 Requirements

• 2.5+ years in Brand/Visual/UX/UI/Product/Interactive Design; startup/tech preferred
• A strong portfolio demonstrating range across brand identity, digital product, and campaigns
• Translate brand strategy into visual systems; guidelines to UI components
• Experience designing for global or multi-market audiences; understand cultural context
• Track record of challenging convention; asks why before defaulting
• Collaborates with product, marketing, and leadership to align design with business goals
