2–4 years of graphic design experience, editorial or lifestyle exposure
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Motion design or animation experience
Strong typography; can work within and push design systems
Comfort moving fast; contract role with active production needs
Willing to explore AI workflows
