Brand Designer

📋 Description

• Design executive presentations, sales decks, and enterprise storytelling for health system leaders.
• Translate clinical data and AI capabilities into clear visuals for executive audiences.
• Build, improve, and organize Cadence brand guidelines into a scalable system across digital and print.
• Create and maintain presentation templates, asset libraries, and lightweight design systems.
• Partner with Communications, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Clinical teams to produce enterprise-ready materials.
• Support evolution of Cadence brand across marketing, patient materials, digital assets, event collateral, and internal materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of brand design, art direction, and visual design across digital, print, and presentations.
• Experience designing executive presentations, board materials, and enterprise sales.
• Exceptional design craft with concept development and meticulous execution.
• Proficiency in Figma, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to balance AI acceleration with human judgment.
