Brand Designer

📋 Description

• Lead brand and marketing design across channels and campaigns.
• Build reusable assets: landing pages, ads, social, decks, events.
• Create high-quality illustrations, graphics, and assets from concept to delivery.
• Manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.
• Enforce brand guidelines and ensure consistency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to connect visuals with audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years design with a portfolio showing strong brand/marketing work across channels.
• 3+ years designing email creative, ideally in Figma or similar.
• Experience producing digital, presentation, and large-format assets.
• Strong understanding of connecting brand/marketing strategy to visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma; typography, layout, hierarchy, composition.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Self-directed, proactive, and organized; can own outcomes without PM support.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office for assets/presentations.
