• Contribute to brand strategy and translate thinking into visuals.
• Develop layouts, concepts, and executions with systems thinking.
• Iterate quickly across multiple workstreams, balancing speed and polish.
• Bring references and ideas to help Decagon stand out.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in brand design, art direction, and marketing creative roles.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual taste, storytelling, and brand thinking.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; interest in AI design tools.
• Experience designing for marketing surfaces (web, campaigns, decks, events, content).
• Strong typography, layout, color, and hierarchy fundamentals.
• Ability to interpret briefs and deliver on-brand creative.
