Brand Designer

📋 Description

• Concept and design brand campaigns, product launches and creative moments.
• Help evolve the Hex visual identity and establish new patterns within the system.
• Develop illustration, image-making and graphic approaches that become recognisable parts of the Hex
• Design across web, events, social, editorial, customer stories, swag (we love it!) campaigns and
• Create reusable systems and assets rather than solving every brief from scratch.
• Partner closely with your pals on the brand, Product Marketing, Content, Events and Growth.

🎯 Requirements

• You are a brand designer with a portfolio full of strong ideas and beautifully made work.
• You have particular strength in illustration, image-making, art direction or another expressive
• You understand systems but do not believe every piece of work needs to look identical.
• You have excellent typography and composition instincts.
• You like showing work early, exploring widely and then refining with intention.
• You can work independently without disappearing into a cave for three weeks.
