📋 Description

• Design campaign visuals across ads, social, launches.
• Apply editorial design to owned channels: email, blog.
• Develop visual systems that are expressive, not corporate.
• Partner with marketing on earned/owned look and feel.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a small, fast-moving team.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior IC with 5–8 years in expressive graphic design.
• Typography and composition are your first language.
• Can direct as well as execute—shape campaigns, not just assets.
• Plugged into visual culture across art, fashion, publishing, music, internet.
• Works well remote and independently.
• Nice to have: editorial/publication experience.
• Nice to have: motion or illustration; generative tools.
