🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with a portfolio of shipped websites showing strong visual craft and brand
• Portfolio showing landing pages, brand systems, or marketing sites where design decisions serve the
• Sharp eye for typography, layout, color, and motion; good on-brand judgment.
• Comfort designing directly for the web with real breakpoints and constraints.
• Ability to systematise creative choices in design systems across product and brand.
