📋 Description

• Drive territory growth via product education, sell-in and sell-through.
• Build and manage relationships with salon owners, stylists and staff.
• Grow business through education, promotions, and account management.
• Sell in new products and support sell-through at salons.
• Deliver in-salon presentations and product classes.
• Travel up to 75% for meetings and trainings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years sales/retail experience.
• Outside sales and salon industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• High sales drive; prospect and close new business.
• Strong negotiation and analytical thinking.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel and Outlook.
