Brand Payments Associate

📋 Description

• Reconcile and analyze retailer payments due to brands; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage Zendesk tickets; respond to brand inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Verify orders, invoices, and payments; support day-to-day operations.
• Process fee adjustment requests; research with internal and external partners.
• Create and maintain files for brand order analysis.
• Participate in brand partner calls; collaborate on projects and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or related field.
• Proficiency with financial systems; QuickBooks is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in payment and reconciliation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
