📋 Description

Serve as second contact for Brand Payments Associates; escalate to Supervisor.
Complete KPI reporting for Brand Associates weekly.
Answer escalated questions from cross-functional partners (ops, accounting).
Ensure Zendesk requests are completed per SLAs.
Lead calls with brand partners.
Collaborate with Supervisor on special projects and system enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

3-4 years in accounting/finance operations; degree preferred.
Proficiency with financial systems; QuickBooks a plus.
1-2 years leadership in accounting ops.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting in payments.
Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot tables.
Excellent English verbal and written communication.
