Brand Protection Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate offline enforcement efforts, incl. global test buys
• Partner with investigators and enforcement agencies for timely investigations
• Conduct research to support case development and escalation leads
• Maintain case management systems and track investigation status
• Prepare case summaries, investigation reports, and data logs
• Collaborate with online enforcement teams to develop offline investigations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in brand protection, investigations, legal ops, compliance or enforcement
• Strong project management and org skills for multiple investigations and vendors
• Familiar with counterfeit activity and brand abuse across physical/digital channels
• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment in escalating cases
• Experience maintaining tracking systems (Excel, case management platforms)
• Experience supporting field investigations, test buys, and vendor coordination
• Experience with investigative and law enforcement partners on enforcement matters
• Familiarity with legal documentation and compliance processes
