🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a DTC eCommerce role (e.g., Ecommerce Manager, Marketing Manager, Growth Manager).
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and core marketing platforms.
• Data-driven mindset; ability to translate metrics into actionable outcomes.
• Understanding of retention, lifecycle marketing, and growth strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; native-level American English.
• Ability to present findings clearly to clients and stakeholders.
