Branded Content Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Serve as central source of truth for active projects, timelines, and docs
• Manage project timelines, assets, approvals, and feedback; kickoff to wrap
• Own client-facing communication; primary contact for advertisers and agencies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, production, sales, operations, and content
• Identify risks and provide recommendations to keep projects moving

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, branded content, advertising, or related field
• Strong project and client management skills with attention to detail
• Experience managing clients in live production, including on-set and virtual feeds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders
• Experience owning projects end-to-end across cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working independently while highly collaborative
