📋 Description

• Role: Digital Customer Success Manager for maternity cover
• Manage a pooled portfolio with scalable engagement via Success Hub and Intercom
• Onboard customers using self-serve resources and automated comms
• Optimize capacity across a wide base; no dedicated client assignments
• Handle inquiries via Success Hub/Email; triage with Intercom
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, MDR, and AM teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in digital customer success or account management
• Familiar with Intercom, Salesforce, Salesloft
• Strong written communication and empathy
• Ability to scale processes and use centralized tools
• Comfort in a high-volume, pooled portfolio
• Experience with lifecycle management and automated reviews
