Braze Solutions Architect (MarTech)

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end Braze architecture across email, push, SMS, in-app, and web channels.
• Collaborate with clients during discovery to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design integrations between Braze, apps, websites, backend systems, and data platforms.
• Define event tracking, user attributes, data models, and customer profiles for lifecycle marketing.
• Lead Braze Canvases, campaigns, segmentation, and automated journeys.
• Develop personalized experiences using Liquid, dynamic content, and Braze capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience, including 3–5+ years with Braze in production.
• Strong Braze data modeling experience (events, attributes, user profiles).
• Proven Braze Canvases and lifecycle journeys experience.
• Hands-on with Braze SDKs, APIs, integrations, configurations.
• Solid understanding of MarTech concepts: lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalization
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering, product, data).
