📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Braze architecture across channels (email, push, SMS, in-app, web).
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Design integrations between Braze, apps, websites, backends, and data platforms.
• Define event tracking, attributes, data models, and customer profiles.
• Lead Braze Canvases, campaigns, segmentation, and automated journeys.
• Build personalized experiences with Liquid templates and dynamic content.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years total experience; 3–5+ years Braze in production.
• Strong Braze data models: events, custom attributes, user profiles.
• Proven Braze Canvases and lifecycle journeys experience.
• Hands-on Braze SDKs, APIs, integrations, configurations.
• MarTech knowledge: lifecycle marketing, segmentation, automation.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, engineering, product, data.
