Work with our Brewery Team Lead in all brewing aspects including mashing, filtration
Perform Clean in Place procedures as directed on tanks, tuns, and canning machinery.
Create and manage extensive and scrupulous notes detailing accurate batch history and coffee
Maintain our plumbing, canning, and brewing equipment, ensuring it’s in top form for all brewing
Operate heavy machinery including electric power jacks and forklifts.
Participate in QC tastings and cuppings to develop and strengthen your palate.
