🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service in fashion, retail, or similar field (preferred but not required)
• Passion for fashion and providing great customer experience
• Enjoy working in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
• Communicative, creative, open to new technologies
• Flexible, proactive, willing to learn
• Czech language at minimum B2 level
