• Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service throughout the customer experience
• Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are well-stocked, organized, and welcoming
• Support the team during store opening and closing procedures
• Represent yourself and the brand positively in all customer interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service in fashion, retail, or similar industries (previous experience
• Passion for helping customers and interest in fashion or retail
• Preference for collaboration and dynamic environments
• Communicative, creative, curious about work with store technologies, with a strong desire to learn
• Flexible and results-oriented
• Must be over 18 years old
