📋 Description

• Turn custom electronics from a design file into road-ready hardware.
• Partner with contract manufacturers to build boards.
• Validate, program and assemble boards for autonomous vehicles.
• Design test fixtures and perform verification & validation.
• Hands-on work with soldering iron, scope, and tools as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field; 10+ years hardware or test exp.
• 2-3+ years leadership experience.
• Fluency with CM coordination and PCB manufacturing.
• Strong QA mindset: incoming inspection, traceability, and EOL testing.
• Maker mindset; able to lead high-level roadmaps while hands-on.
• Process improvement focus for hardware design and production.
