• Lead installation, testing, and optimization of rooftop wireless equipment, cabling systems, and
• Oversee end-to-end install tasks across various sites while ensuring safety and high-quality
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion and maintain organized cabling management.
• Document installations with hardware info, test results, and testing data.
• Represent the organization on-site with a professional, customer-focused approach while addressing

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum age 18.
• Experience in broadband, wireless telecom, cable installation, or related field service.
• Strong knowledge of telecom cabling (Ethernet, coax, PoE) and network hardware installation.
• Experience with hand/tools and field installation equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
