Broker Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Sell credit insurance through key brokers and strategic partners
• Achieve new sales to meet individual targets
• Ensure good coverage of risks of prospects together with the Risk department
• Develop the relationship between Coface and its brokers and other intermediaries
• Explore cross-sell opportunities to ensure all products receive deserved attention
• Work closely with commercial management to maximize opportunities and report activity results

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in client-facing roles in financial services
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated to achieve goals
• Driven and able to work in a target-driven environment with demonstrable evidence of meeting and
• Ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships both internally and externally
• Familiarity with compliance rules and working in a regulated environment
• Assertive, result-oriented team player
