Serve as first contact for client and broker service needs.
Answer brokerage questions across account services, trading, transfers, and funding.
Submit and process operational requests (order entry, account maintenance, distributions, and journals).
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
Assist customers with API usage questions, navigation, and troubleshooting.
Support ad hoc projects and operational initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

Excited about Alpaca’s mission.
1-2 years of securities industry experience.
FINRA Series 7 license or eligibility within 6 months.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with FINRA, Federal, and SEC regulations.
