BSA/AML Compliance Specialist

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day administration of U.S. BSA/AML and sanctions compliance controls, including
• Draft and update BSA/AML policies, procedures, risk assessments, and control documentation for
• Review transaction monitoring alerts, investigate unusual activity, document findings, and escalate
• Prepare suspicious activity investigation summaries and SAR narratives; support timely SAR filings
• Review customer onboarding, KYC/KYB, beneficial ownership, CDD/EDD, and periodic review materials
• Assist with regulatory reports and filings, including FinCEN reporting, NMLS filings, and MSB Call

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on BSA/AML, financial crime investigations, or related compliance experience in
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML, FinCEN requirements, OFAC sanctions, and risk-based customer due
• Experience conducting transaction investigations and drafting clear, defensible SAR narratives or
• Experience reviewing KYC/KYB, CDD/EDD, and customer risk information.
• Strong written communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to organize multiple
• Ability to work independently on assigned matters and escalate decisions requiring compliance
