BSA/AML Compliance Specialist

📋 Description

• Administer U.S. BSA/AML and sanctions compliance controls, maintaining procedures, supporting
• Draft, review, and update BSA/AML policies, procedures, risk assessments, and control documentation
• Review transaction monitoring alerts, investigate unusual activity, document findings, and escalate
• Prepare suspicious activity investigation summaries and Suspicious Activity Report (SAR)
• Review customer onboarding and due diligence materials, including Know Your Customer (KYC), Know
• Identify gaps in customer information and recommend appropriate risk-based actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in BSA/AML compliance, financial crime investigations, or a
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML requirements, FinCEN regulations, Office of Foreign Assets Control
• Experience investigating transactions and preparing clear, well-supported SAR narratives or
• Practical experience reviewing KYC/KYB documentation, CDD/EDD materials, and customer risk profiles.
• Understanding of compliance controls, regulatory reporting, documentation standards, and escalation
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to document investigative findings accurately
