BSN Clinical Nurse Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead & Mentor: Provide clinical education, coaching, and mentorship to field staff, building
• Clinical Oversight: Perform case opens, conduct medical assessments, manage medication
• In-Home & Telehealth Supervision: Proactively schedule and conduct up to 15 in-home supervisory
• Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Director of Clinical Services and our cross-functional
• Advocacy & Documentation: Review shift notes to track patient progress, manage supply

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan
• Minimum of 1+ years of nursing experience
• Comfortable using laptops/desktops, Microsoft Office Suite, and G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Meet)
• Preferred: Background in a home care or private duty nursing model
• Preferred: Clinical knowledge or hands-on experience working with Spinal Cord Injuries (SCI)
