📋 Description

• Lead the strategic, commercial, and financial direction of the Rheumatology business across the
• Define and drive Rheumatology business strategy across the Baltic countries, ensuring alignment
• Build and lead strong cross-functional Brand Team, In-Field Team, and relevant internal
• Own the end-to-end brand strategy and tactical execution, translating priorities into a clear
• Account for Rheumatology performance, including Financial Plan, Update, and Long-Range Plan with
• Set the strategic direction for current and future products and identify new business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven leadership experience in sales and marketing within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong track record of defining strategy and translating it into measurable, executable business
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing teams, including talent development and
• Deep understanding of the healthcare environment, market dynamics, and evolving commercial
• Strong knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing and sales principles.
