• Lead the strategic, commercial, and financial direction of the Rheumatology business across the
• Define and drive Rheumatology business strategy, ensuring alignment with AbbVie's strategic
• Build and lead a strong cross-functional Brand Team and In-Field Team, fostering collaboration and
• Own the end-to-end brand strategy and tactical execution, translating priorities into a clear
• Manage Rheumatology performance including Financial Plan, Update, Long-Range Plan, resource
• Set strategic direction for current and future products and identify new business opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree.
• Proven leadership experience in sales and marketing within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong track record of defining strategy and translating it into measurable, executable business
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing teams, including talent development and
• Deep understanding of the healthcare environment, market dynamics, and evolving commercial
