Build & Release Support Engineer | CI/CD

📋 Description

• Provide frontline technical support via Slack and ticketing systems.
• Diagnose build failures, CI/CD pipeline issues, and dependency conflicts.
• Investigate issues with Maven, Java, Docker, Jenkins, Artifactory, Spinnaker.
• Manage incidents, identify root causes, and communicate progress.
• Prepare detailed escalations with logs, reproduction steps, and context.
• Maintain technical documentation and improve troubleshooting guides.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in Build/Release, DevOps, SRE, or software development.
• Strong proficiency with Git and CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Hands-on experience with Maven/Gradle, Artifactory/Nexus, Spinnaker.
• Strong Linux/Unix command-line and scripting (Python and/or Bash).
• Practical knowledge of Docker; Kubernetes familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills; clear communication.
