  • Conduct regular build quality reviews; improve manufacturability and reduce risk.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, materials, manufacturing, chemical, or electrical engineering.
  • 1+ years in manufacturing, quality, or design engineering; internships qualify.
  • Experience building/assembling aerospace components (structures, valves, avionics).
  • Knowledge of Lean, MSA, DOE, SPC, PFMEA, APQP, metrology, and problem solving.
  • Welding experience and controls for automated and manual welding processes.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration in design/manufacturing.
