📋 Description

• Create work instructions for electrical and controls system integration.
• Develop plans for installing conveyances and pulling cables.
• Build a robust parts supply chain for field builds.
• Assist in the field and feed feedback to design teams.
• Help enable rapid, automated flight cadence between launches.
• Identify manufacturing challenges and propose process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2+ years in mechanical, fluid, or electrical disciplines.
• Proficiency in planning documents, schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Ability to install instrumentation incl. strain gauges, transducers, sensors.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
