Build Technician (Electromechanical / Mechatronics)

📋 Description

• Build electro-mechanical assemblies per CAD, drawings, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, crimp tools, torque wrenches, and labellers.
• Route complex harnesses; label and secure as defined.
• Apply and record serial numbers to tracked assets.
• Test assemblies with jigs, fixtures, and electrical test equipment.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness; support culture; communicate effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in electromechanical assembly.
• Experience with electromechanical systems—robotics/aerospace/automotive.
• Strong attention to detail and build quality and safety.
• Ability to read CAD, mechanical drawings, and wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with fixtures, soldering, torqueing, and tools.
• Move fast, stay organized, and solve problems in real time.
